The Role: Program Manager – Core HR Systems
This role will be responsible for driving the continued development of the core HR platform to address current and future needs around the world. Therefore, the right applicant must have broad experience in HR systems and true depth of knowledge in building core HR systems for a global employee base that goes well beyond standard package implementation. This is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally with HR, Product Management and Engineering to understand the business issues and then translate them to create real solutions that address current needs and future requirements. In addition, the right candidate must excel at working in a collaborative environment and be able to mentor and coach other members of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Interact across HR groups, management, and employee client populations worldwide to understand their requirements and needs.
- Interact closely with other departments (e.g. payroll, finance, legal) to understand current and future demands and ensure that our systems integrate with and support these initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate requirements into cutting-edge products that support the talent management initiatives.
- Act as project manager and/or subject matter expert on assigned special projects.

Requirements:
- BSCS/EE from a top tier institution, Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in computer systems design, implementation and maintenance; HRIM/HRIS experience a plus, but not required.
